Harissa Mayonnaise

Share this recipe:

2 cloves of garlic, crushed

1 cup whole egg mayonnaise

2 teaspoons harissa paste

2 teaspoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons finely chopped preserved lemon + extra to serve

pinch of paprika to serve

Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix to combine. Serve topped with extra preserved lemon and a pinch of paprika.
