INGREDIENTS

¼ cup rice wine vinegar

¼ cup fish sauce

3-4 limes, juiced

1 clove garlic, minced

2 tablespoons grated carrot

2 tablespoons sugar

Pinch of red pepper flakes

Place all the ingredients into a bowl and mix to combine.
