Korean Dipping Sauce

Share this recipe:

1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoons caster sugar
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
3 tablespoons chopped green onions
1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander
1/2 teaspoon crushed red chilli flakes or gochugaru (Korean chilli flakes)

Place the soy, sugar, vinegar, water, sesame oil, garlic, green onion, coriander and chilli flakes in a bowl and mix until combined and sugar has dissolved. Sprinkle with toasted sesame to serve. Serve with fresh cooked prawns.
