Australian Prawn Recipes
16 extra large Australian Prawns
1 cup sour cream
4 tbsp chopped coriander
1 jalapeño deseeded and chopped
1 tbsp finely grated lime zest
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp garlic powder
Place the sour cream, coriander, jalapeño, lime zest and juice, salt and garlic powder in the bowl of a small food processor and process until combined.
Serve with fresh cooked prawns.
