Australian Prawn Recipes
¼ cup soy sauce
1 tbsp caster sugar
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp water
1 tsp sesame oil
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
3 tbsp chopped green onions
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander
½ tsp crushed red chilli flakes or gochugaru (Korean chilli flakes)
Place the soy, sugar, vinegar, water, sesame oil, garlic, green onion, coriander and chilli flakes in a bowl and mix until combined and sugar has dissolved.
Sprinkle with toasted sesame to serve.
Serve with fresh cooked prawns.
